rreenni hey its not like that we just have a feeling to be the best amongst all either men or women.....we wanted to prove ourself best at every stage and that feeling makes us more stronger..and if we talk about competition we all know that competition is everywhere...

Do you count your calories before eating your food ?

No free time to do excercises and now a visible "Yummy Tummy". I am getting overweight. Friends suggested to go for a Balanced Diet and count your food by calories not by bites. Do i need to follow their advice ? I haven't...

rreenni Yeah you should follow your friends advice,i know its easy to say that take balanced diet but you know what its very difficult to follow all these advices as we are fully dependent on fast food or all those oily food we love such type of food items,...

rreenni hiii usually i dont use mobile phones for internet surfing,but sometimes i do used it and i have found it works very slow and first of all getting connected is so difficult. i totally disagree with yr thought and i would suggest that not to use mobile...
