While raising children, what age do you find to be most difficult?

I have 5 children a 12 year old Son, triplet 9 years old Daughters and a 3 year old Son. Each age has its own challenge of course. I am just curious if the hard years are behind me (yea right) or I haven't even hit the hard...

Genipher Well, my kids haven't reached adulthood yet. My eldest is only 11. But so far it seems the 2-3 year age is the hardest. That whole, "I do it mine OWN self!" phase takes a loooot of patience! And, wow! Triplets? That seems hard! Are they all identical?
