After get married my weight is grows quickly.many cloths now is too small for me.I want to lose weight.which way is the best way?

rudolf1982 That's right. I think dieting is not a right way.I want to lose weight healthily.I want to go swimming. Hope that useful to me.

rudolf1982 thanks for your response.May be I will give her time.Now she has not made vows with the current BF,and these days she said to me she feel her is tired of his BF sometime.I don't know what I will say only tell her to forgive his BF.
