Anybody who can give me tips on how to loose weight? I've already tried different things just to loose weight. I enrolled in a fitness gym and been exercising for a couple of months still it didn't gave me a good result. ALready...

ruiz_chain you need to continue your exercise and at the same time need to watch your diet. Liquid diet is good but sometimes it doesn't.
