runahead Usually it would take one week or more to recovery. The cold would get better after one or two days for you, which means your immune system is very powerful.

runahead You are so professional! But the situation is different for me. At the initial stage ,it is still a virus infection. But several days later, there would be a secondary bacteria infection and then I have to take antibiotics. It is always like that.

runahead You're right that antibiotics would kill both bad and good bacterias .If there are other choices ,I prefer not to take it.

runahead For people with oily hair, everyday washing may make them feel better. Excessive oil ,if add the overgrowth of a kind of fugi will make the hair smelly and scaly.
