runbin Hi, thanks for answering the question firstly.I don't deny the special effects' unique function to a good movie. Neverthless if a movie haven't a good purport, where do the special effects' meaning lie?

runbin I agree with what you say.In my opinion the script should come first. With no outstanding script ,no significant theme and no appealing plot, even though the best actor acts in the movie ,it will surely boring to spectators.
