Why can't we help people suffering from cancer?

Many people are there who are in the hospitals suffering from cancer amoung which about 40% are children. i want to ask you a question that why can't we help them who are in need of it? god has given us a good health to help...

Sometimes i feel really depressed when i see a child has to work for his livelihood. They have never tasted the experiences in school, interactions with friends all those sweet memories we cherish later on. The realities of life...
