Sandy KS Your starting to see the changes, that's a plus. It's a great start. The pounds came off slowly at first. Now I am told by my family I am to thin. But they all have weight gain. I'm the skinny one.

Sandy KS The sugar was the hardest to stop. It was really like an addiction. I had withdrawals from it. Headaches and such. But once I gave it up, I stick with it.
