Today’s steps

Today I got 2,287 steps in not as much as I would have liked though but I will take it. And the best news ever I lost another pound I am down to 207 now I was 213 so that is 6 pounds lost I am happy.

I read yesterday that the famous handbag designer Kate Spade committed suicide. Today, there is an article out on Yahoo saying that she committed suicide as a result of her husband seeking a divorce. This just makes me more sad....
