sabides try this one: while pastta is boiling, prepare a sauce with a bit of oil, tomato sauce and olives. when pasta is ready, put the sauce on it and add a mozzarella cheescutted in little pieces ... mozzarella will melt down creating wonderfull dishes!

sabides Thanks! our experience whith granite is limited, becouse we usually climb in the dolomites, in which the rock is limestone
