Clixsense, scam or not?

I keep seeing adds for clixsense and I wasn't sure if it is a scam or not. Does it actually work or is it just another one of those scam sites?

Why is that some people always shout?

I know a few people who always shout i do not know why but there may be reason. If at all there is a reason they should realize that what's the use is shouting like a ma dog.Just think we may live tomorrow or not 30-40 years spent...
