sachi041 Most our indian food does not contain dessert at the end ! We wont use it regularly :) Only during special vocation we will use it :)

sachi041 I don't think so !! If we exercise properly definitely we will get sweat whether its hot condition or cold condition !! Only thing is to work out more :)
