Drinking water at night

sachitra84 Yeah, I also think the same, it is because we have to urinate at night. But I thought there may be some other reason, something like an effect for internal functionality.. :) Anyway, thanks a lot for the comment rmorefield. Appreciate it. :)

sachitra84 You are right maezee, my point is also the same thing. I usually like to working from morning to the evening (sometimes a bit late, depends upon the work) and have some time with family. :)
