music seems like the only thing 2 calm me down. when i am mad or in a bad mood then i just turn on my music from my fone, put my headphones in and it seems like i have no problems at all. it is funny how some music that you listen...

safaranomen I know songs carry so many memories with them and its nice to get to relive those times throughout the music. Sometimes when I'm having a bad day I put on an old song from good times and it lifts my spirits right up!
