sahanaj Parents are partly responsible becoz when the kids grow up they need to keep a track of things going around them. When kids grow up parents shud spend some time with them, but generally they dont do.

Help! I can't fall asleep!

How come some people fall asleep instantly once their head hits the pillow? I do envy them. I normally sleep at 3 or 4 am and wake up at around 11 or 12 noon. I have a home-based job so I can sleep and wake up whenever I want. But...

sahanaj Have light food.......Play well (or) go for a walk for 30mins. Take bath...........u'll have a good Sleep.
