louievill I think the choice depends on personality type, I prefer business because I'm somebody who does not want to work under a boss, I do not want somebody or anybody always telling me what to do especially when I have my own technique or if I already know the job....

Callie Brown I would suggest not trying for such a big change. Try 7 am instead of 5:30 and start working your way back. 1 hour is plenty of time to get some exercise in and still make a big impact. Good luck! :)
