samasdinesh hello friend, there are many ptc says they pay 1$ 2$ for per click ..but the fact is that they will never pay us back,because in site like that go and verify FAQ and terms and condition, they will say as they will change the value of each click at any time...

samasdinesh you just need a gmail account to start.After Getting a gmail goto blogger.com and login with that gmail,then flow will start automatically by selecting theme and the posting like wise goes on.
