I've got a night in on my own, planning on watching eurovision. i want to pamper myself. I would like to make a mud mask. I haven't got any packets to hand. Any ideas on how to make one?

I was very upset last week, we had to put our dog down. It was quite upsetting really but I was expecting it, as she was 15 years old. We buried her in the garden. Some people have said since that this is the wrong thing to do?...
