At what point would you sue?

I've heard a lot of people who listen to others horror stories, say they would sue if 'that' happened to them. But I wonder if they would. Now if a doctor killed one of my parents because he left them in mid-surgery, of course...

Sand1973 the only horror thing i see is people are dying at home without enough money to pay the medicine bill.though they hard work in all their life.but i regard it as usual since can do nothing.
