sandymay16 I used to not eat it when I was small because it was yucky but then I slowly liked it when I grew up. But bitter gourd I still don't like the smell of it makes me vomit and I cook bitter gourd for the rest of the family but with a mask LOL

sandymay16 we call it law-oy in the cebuano speaking people. vegetable soup really with malungay, etc. it's not sauted.
