open taskmanager by pressing ctr + alt + del. then click on the tab processes,locate explorer.exe and click on End Process button. Then goto File--New task--Browse and take the folder in which the undeletable is lying. right...

most of u might be knowing it,but for the others: right click on the taskbar,select 'toolbars' and then 'address'. an address bar will appear somewhat near to your clock
