sarahsdesk2007 Yep, sylvia, I have heard that too. Drinking water is good for you, but..... I have a problem to remember.... how much water did I drink today? I do not drink enough, it is hard to find good tasting water, like spring water (remembering the taste right now)....

sarahsdesk2007 Yep agree bonbon! My Mom wore long sleeves when working outside. She loved her flowers, and wore an old bonnet to protect her face and head. She never went out without covering up, top to bottom (light cotton clothing). Everyone commented... she did not look...
