Do you have "blues in Winter"?

I read a magazine recently and got a word " blues in Winter". It said most people feel depressed and weak in winter because of cold weather,no leafages on the tree and cloudy sky. I really have this symptom so I always hate winter...

sarahwuang God bless you. You should have more pain in winter than me. I just affected in mood and can adjust by myself.But we have no idea to help our physical pain .However,hope you can happy.
