Read this eye opener and try to quit. The WHO's report on global statistics on tobacco deaths: 100 million people died of tobacco-related causes during the 20th century. Tobacco currently kills 5.4 million people per year....

saurav_jain4 ya io have lso heard that drinking cold water is not good for health . this has to avoid . and water should be used aafter half an hour after the meal.
