SavingEarthIntl2008 Since I can not edity the post, I might as well add a comment here. Try Singing (karaoke). I also found belting out a few songs to relieve stress.

SavingEarthIntl2008 When I feel stressed out, I do one or more of the following: 1. stop what I am doing 2. do stretching exercises followed by 3. deep breathing exercises 4. sometimes I fall asleep 5. meditating also helps and of course praying helps to calm my nerves...
