scaiklin Ya, it is really no disadvantage when comes to supplement but the actual amount and the right product must be taken into consideration.

scaiklin Ya, what I meant is Vitamins. I am agree with you that we should take in some extra food supplement in a right way.

scaiklin OIC. Actually our body needs 1000mg of vitamin C everyday, however the optimum amount of vitamin C for every consumption is 250mg. Since it is water soluble so it will be a wasted to take more than that amount. However, when we fall sick we can consume more to...

scaiklin I am totally agree with you. I like Lee Chong Wei a lot. He is a player fulled with sport spirit and determination. I love the style he plays, admire a lot.Really hope that another player from Malaysia like Lee Chong Wei appears one day.
