I love both and as far i know both are very very good for health and actually lemon juice is good source of vitamin C..Its so refreshing & i think these are much better then those aerated soft drinks...

cassidy22 I don't drink either one of those. Lime juice soundsway too bitter and tart to actually drink. And butter milk is just to heavy and full of fat. It is not healthy to drink. I prefer orange juice or water - year round.
