I love both and as far i know both are very very good for health and actually lemon juice is good source of vitamin C..Its so refreshing & i think these are much better then those aerated soft drinks...

scarletminivet ohh its very easy..2 tb. spoons of curd (yogurt) and add glass of water..churn it well..and add salt for taste & may be if you like add pinch of jeera powder..dats it..hope u like it..
