is divorce legal in your country?can it be avoided on pre marriage scenarios?

In my country there is no divorce law,only legal separation and annulment of marriage,for me divorce is not necessary as it can be avoided before parties decides to get married...a lifestyle check will do,honesty to ones spouse to...
