It was my first time i rode a taxi from cebu airport the fare was 30 pesos flag down and i think 1.50 pesos per km...when i arrived at the hotel im sure that i saw 175pesos as my fare in his meter but he turned off the meter and...

ive posted this discussion in one of my interest but it seems to me that nobody answers...im in cebu right now to visit my girlfriend...i want to go to bohol...can anybody help?
