Yes i am back to jumping! Currently icing my shin as I Mylot. Just finished my 5 minute jump rope. It’s an interval by the way. 30 minute jump, 30 minutes rest as advised by experts in getting back to jump rope after an injury....

Soireemar I like documentary, but not that kind of genre. I like something that can explore my mind into thinking that I am more than my physical body.
