What scares you the most about becoming a parent?

And did your fears KEEP you from wanting to start a family? I'm scared of going through labor, so my husband and I might adopt if I don't think I can actually go through being pregnant and giving birth. HOwever, the real show...

see4urself Giving birth was the most painful experience of my life. I have never felt such pain before. Luckily I did not have a tough pregnancy but it was still very uncomfortable for the last few months. However it was all worth it because I have a beautiful baby boy....
