seltveit2004 Yes it does always seem to happen when your husband is gone. She had never been to the er until he left. And then she was in there 5 times in a 5 month period. I felt like a horrible mom.

What's the best way to clean your cross stitch artwork? I have a few pieces that I did years ago and they need to be cleaned. What's the best way to do this and not have any damage?

seltveit2004 Whenever I finish a cross stitch, to get it cleaned up I hand wash it in a sink with warm water and mild dish soap. Then I rinse it out really good, and lay it face down on a towel and iron until it's dry. It can take a long time to do this but I find it works...
