just thought i would share this for anyone who might need it! I am currently trying to lose weight is anyone else??

senojluap4041 the best thing to do if you want to lose weight is sweat, the more you sweat the more weight you will lose simple as that, hit the cross trainer for about 45 mins, make sure you are wrapped up well, t shirt jumper hoody ect, boxers wear sweatsuits to drop...
