Setto24 Uhm.. Actually is good 6 to 7 hours... But, depends on the activity... if you a hard worker, you need 7 or more... but if u r not, just take 6 or 7... It will influence to your concentration at work...

Setto24 I think you should active on sport or do some exercise... it will make you more bode lighter. Just do it man, I hope you will be enjoy that exercise.
