ayameyokomi I usually sleep 8-12 hours per day. No joke. My body clock has turned into a monster now and that causes me to sleep around 4am. I sleep at 4am then wake up at around 1pm. If I don't, then I will feel very sick and horrible. I kinda hate it 'cos it makes me...

siZidni hi to. i think it's about 5 or 6 hours i sleep every day. why do you ask about it? is that something relation with your job? Healt safety environment? how many hours are actually some one need to sleep?

mylesnarvaez hi! the 3R is often used in a lot of environmental awareness programs for some time now. mother earth is crying out loud... for we have exhausted our fair share of natural resources. some first world countries are looking for other places to dump their garbage...
