i have smoked for over 10 years...how do you quit

I have been smoking cigarettes since i was 16 years old. any suggestions on how to quit? i've tried cold turkey and that definitely didn't work for me

sexigirl10 i think that it doesnt matter how many things you tried,you have to have that need to stop,if you really whant to stop you can do it,cause it is all in your head.After all smoking is really bad for your organism.
