how to let the bowel movement fluently?

my bowel movement is often not fluent, so the poisonous things can't go out. how to make them fluent?

sexyinred And fruits could help too...especially prunes and papaya. As for fibre intakes, make sure u consume oats or muesli in the morning to help your bowel movements :)

Strawberries, watermelons, cherries, mangos, hot dogs, bbq and ice cream are someo of the foods are equate with summer? How about you?
