shaeloh A KANI SANDWICH!! flaked japanese crabstick on a bed of crisp iceburg lettuce, shredded cucumber, some corn kernels, mango strips and wasabi mayo dressing on a wheat bun. Tastes exotic but real good!

Is it really true that chocolate helps with pms or is this another way for us to okay indulging in chocolate?

shaeloh I wouldn't say indulging in chocolate is the best way to deal with PMS but it helps. They say chocolate has components that make the body release seratonin, which is what they call the "feel good body chemical", the same chemical responsible for making people...
