kind I am not promoting coffee but if we don't know what will happen in our life and which is our next hurdle or challenge then can be prepare for this challenge by taking a cup of coffee.it is gift of god which helps us well

kind I also like coffee too much and became adicted. I think everybody has stress and coffee relaxes it well.so here mental health has more value than physical healthhealth we should keep our mind fresh

kind You need to take some pace from boring study. Because ur mood is not.after a break first try to find out ur aim then find out a good teacher who understands u very well and also ur emotions.to encourage and motivate u

kind Yes it is helpful to every introvert and lonely person because he or she can't share everything to society openly but this is the medium to vomit there inner emotional acid which is harmful for them.
