My height is 5 feet 6 inches and before lockdown my weight was about 78 Kg but now it's 83 Kg. I am also great fond of eating that also increases my weight. I am trying to lose the weight but due to laziness, I am unable to do so....

Shaui @shakir_123 thank you. i don't have indoor exercise just cleaning the house. i prefer running but i cannot do so outside because of pandemic.
