mkrishna22 i guess it depends on multiple factors like your pay,the work culture, your peer group,the work you do. if all these fall in place, then you do not feel like you are working hard. otherwise, it can be quite a task.

scheng1 haha, then everyone will become lazy. I wonder what kind of people get the promotion. If those who are so lazy, and always push work away, can get promotion, then you better learn to be lazy.

rizam03 yeah! i just hope lazy people have different salary with the hard working ones. and i just hope the company is sensitive enough to see who are these people because in the company where i am working, there is no difference..=(
