High Diabetes.

I am a diabetic for the last about fifteen years. FBS ( Fasting Blood Sugar ) is always in the range of 140 - 160. Can any body suggest some good effective AYURVEDIC preparation for controlling the FBS. Thanx. .... dspatiyala...

sharmag123 Do every day 40 -50 minutes brisk walk supported with Pranayam. This will beneficial in diabeties & Heart troubles. g.s.sharma
