sharon_chen0425 All the fruits I like very much to eat. especailly watermelon. strawberries. grapes, and there are some wild fruit in my hometown but I don't know how to express them. Once I hv time, I will take some photos to show you all :)

sleeping problems

i am having a real hard time getting to sleep at a decent hour lately. anyone have suggestions?

sharon_chen0425 My suggestion is very commen. everyone who even don't hv the problem of sleep can follow to keep health Before go to sleep every night,, use hot water to wash your food for halp an hour. And also drink a cup of milk will be better. Hope you fine.

sharon_chen0425 Of course, Health! That is a saying: before 30year old, you pay for the wealth by your health, After then, you hv to pay for the health by your wealth. Surely ,health is much more important

sharon_chen0425 When going out for a long journey, of course i'd like to carry food and water with me. The more the better, but the weight hv to be not so heavy.. I like eat every kinds of delicious food, espaciall spicy food. How about you all? What kind of food do you like...
