News paper reading is important or not !!

In morning paper reading is good but due to office timings it is not possible to read the paper in the morning.So wheather its affect to the knowlege which is getting from it is important to us. Or in the evening the tv news will...

Is speed brakers on road are essential!!

On some places the speed brakers are kept if they are not required and the peoples suffer badly frm that.I think they are neccessary but not on unwanted places they should be placed on the proper places.
