do you tip a mean waitress? with one arm

This waitress i had was so mean and unthoughtful, it was unbelievable. Any other waitress and i wouldnt even have thought about leaving her a tip but she had one arm and was partly slow. should i have left her a tip?

shawn532 I say the amount of tip depends on the quality of service. If the service sucks so should her tip.
