Can i feed my 8th month baby with chicken liver?

I have read books that says you can give this or that to your 6-9 month baby. But when should I really start giving her meat and other hard to digest food? Thanks!!!

shazzthing there is nothing wrong with giving the baby chicken liver. You don't have to feed babies everything out of a jar.... Cooking the livers and then pureeing them, perhaps with some soft vegetables, makes an excellent meal. Chicken livers are an excellent...
