im absolutely a high-tempered person. early in the morning, i usually got mad whenever somebody command me. i want to change my attitude. it seems that a few people like me. this made me a self-centered person. i badly need help....

I think I have insomnia, i can't fall asleep easily. I don't know what to do. :( Usually, it takes me an hour to sleep after lying in bed. What to you usually do when your body isn't tired enough to fall asleep?
