Can't add profile photo

How do I add a pic to as my profile pic? I read the faq's about photos but it only uploaded a photo in the photo section but not to my profile. Can anyone post a link for me that tells me how to post a pic in my profile?

sheystrides I am nearsighted and prefer to wear contact lenses because I feel more comfortable wearing it. I enjoy a lot of sports and I don't like my sweat making my glasses slippery. Hard to swim, run or do yoga with eyeglasses. I guess it depends on the person. I do...
