alina I guess we're all afraid of losing our dear person but sooner or later this is going to happen. I look at my parents how old they've become and it's literally making me cry

I cannot sleep...why?

I drink milk before going to bed, I clear my mind, well, i try but then it still takes an hour or more for me to actually sleep do you have any tips for sleeping faster?
